Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 400 gms boiled potato


  • 2 tblspn cornflour


  • 2 tblspn maida


  • 1 tspn salt


  • 1 tspn black pepper


  • 1 tspn tandoori masala


  • 1/ 2 cup warm milk


  • 2 eggs


  • 1 cup grated cheese


  • 1 bowl oil for frying

Directions

  • Boil potatoes.
  • Now peel and grate them in the mixing bowl.
  • Then add cornflour, maida, salt , black pepper , tandoori masala , milk , cheese and beaten eggs.
  • Mix it very well so that they are combined to each other.
  • Now fill this mixture in the piping bag.
  • Heat the oil in the kadai.
  • Now with the help of piping bag , pour it in the round shape.
  • Flip it when gets brown .
  • When gets crispy from both the sides, remove it from the oil on the absorbent paper.
  • Now serve this Potato Jalebi with curd dip , sauce or chutney of your choice.
